Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel was born in 1964 in Ankara. He completed his primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College and his university education at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. He became a psychiatrist at Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital in 1992. After working as a psychiatrist in Sağmalcılar prison for two years, she started to work in Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital AMATEM Clinic in 1995. In 2000, he was appointed to the CEMATEM Clinic, where adolescent substance abusers are treated. He is the founder of the Re-Health and Education Association. He has won 5 awards for his work so far. He has 7 published books on substance use and addiction, and 2 published books on depression, as well as many articles.

Prof. Dr. Nebile DAGLIOGLU is a distinguished Professor of Forensic Toxicology at Ankara University, where she is part of the Department of Forensic Toxicology, Institute of Forensic Sciences. Her expertise spans forensic, clinical, and environmental toxicology. With a prolific academic career, she has authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles in prestigious SCI-indexed journals, contributed to 13 book chapters, and her work has garnered more than 301 citations. Additionally, she has presented over 90 abstracts at various national and international conferences. Professor Daglioglu is an active member of several notable organizations, including The International Association of Forensic Toxicologists (TIAFT), The International Forum for Drug and Alcohol Testing (IFDAT), and The European Workplace Drug Testing Society (EWDTS). She continues to make significant contributions to the field, currently holding positions as Vice President and Board Member of the Forensic and Clinical Toxicology Association.

Prof. Dr. Neriman Aral was born in Ankara. She completed her higher education in 1983 at the Department of Child Development and Education of Hacettepe University. She gained her master’s degree in 1986 from Hacettepe University. She has two doctorate degree one of them from Ankara University (1990) and other one from Hacettepe University (1992). She has worked in a center for the children with Cerebral Palsy in 1983-1986. She was assigned as research assistant in 1987 at the University of Ankara. She became an associate professor at Ankara University in 1995. She has assigned as professor in 2001. She has held many administrative positions. She worked as the head of the Department of Child Development and Education at Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, School of Home Economics between 1998-2000, as the head of the Department of Child Development and Education between 2004-2007, as the deputy director of the School of Home Economics between 2000-2007, and as the coordinator of Ankara University Child Science Center between 2012-2017. After the establishment of the Department of Child Development at Ankara University Faculty of Health Sciences, her professorship was transferred to the Department of Child Development in 2009. She served as the Head of the Department of Child Development between 2009-2017. She has worked as Representative of Council of Higher Education in Committee of Prime Ministry for Protection Young Ones from Harmful Publications, between 2001 and 2007. In 2011, she has made observations for three months at the University at Buffalo the State University of New York, Institute of Education Department of Learning and Teaching Early Years and Childhood as guest researcher. She took part in the projects supported by European Union, TUBITAK and University resources. She has submitted papers in many international and national congresses and organized the scientific congress. She has many article in international and national journals, chapter authorship in books and many books on the field, She is currently a lecturer in the Department of Child Development at the Health Sciences Faculty of Ankara University and served as the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ankara University between 2017-2020. She is married and has a child.

Professor Dr. Abdurrahman Altındağ was graduated from Dicle University, Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty training at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry in 2001. He became associate professor in 2006 and professor in 2011. He worked in the Department of Psychopharmacology at Nottingham University School of Medicine in England for 6 months between 1999-2000. He worked as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at Harran University Faculty of Medicine between 2003-2007. He is still working at Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. He has published more than 60 scientific articles in national journals and international journals. He completed sex therapy training in 2009 and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy theoretical training in 2011. His main research areas include mood disorders, alcohol and substance abuse and anxiety.

Derya Şaşman Kaylı completed her undergraduate education at Ege University Sociology Department in 2003 and completed her master's and doctorate degrees from the same university. She worked as a specialist at Ege University Women's Studies Application Centre between 2005-2011 and as an addiction consultant at Ege University Institute of Substance Abuse, Toxicology, and Pharmaceutical Sciences between 2011-2015. She has realized BAP, ÖNAP, and TUBITAK projects in cooperation with the Public-University and NGOs related to the field. She has been working as an associate professor at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Social Work Department since 2015. As of 2018, she has been working as a board member at the Addiction Studies Application and Research Centre of the same university and as a member of the Manisa Governorship Provincial Coordination Board for Combating Addiction. Since 2018, he has been giving lectures on “Sociology of Addiction” at Ege University Substance Abuse, Toxicology and Pharmaceutical Sciences Institute Substance Addiction Department Master program, and social work and addiction in Manisa Celal Bayar University Health Sciences Institute Social Work Department Master and Doctorate programs. In addition to his undergraduate-level addiction and social work course, he has national and international publications, books, and book chapters on society's attitudes towards addiction, women's addiction, immigration and addiction, addiction, and social work.

Assoc. Prof. Aylin Tutgun Ünal, after completing her primary and high school education in Sakarya, she started Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Program in 2002 at Marmara University Atatürk Education Faculty. She completed her education as the third most successful student. In 2009, she received her master’s degree from Marmara University Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department. In 2015, she completed her Ph.D. in the ‘Department of Informatics’ within the Department of Journalism, Faculty of Communication, Marmara University. In 2021, she received her assoc. prof. degree from the field of Communication Studies. She worked as a lecturer at many universities in Istanbul. She is currently working as Assoc. Prof. at Uskudar University New Media and Journalism Department at Faculty of Communication. In addition, she works as a Solution-Oriented Women's Problems Application and Research Center (ÜSÇÖZÜM) Manager and Scale Development Coordinator. Assoc. Prof. Aylin Tutgun Ünal has numerous Scale Development Studies and Book/Book Chapter Publications. Among his popular books; Metaverse: Digital Game Psychology (2022), Gender and Media Perception (2022), Social Media Psychology (2021), Digital Health Literacy and Cyberchondria (2021), Social Media: Effects, Addiction, Measurement (2020). She is working on new media, social network, social media addiction, digital communication, social media literacy, generations, generation Z and youth research, woman studies and scale development. She is currently conducting some studies on metaverse and digital game psychology. And also, metaverse instructional architecture. The "Social Media Addiction Scale", which is adapted in 2015 and used especially in Turkey and abroad, and the "Instagram Addiction Scale", where linguistic equivalence studies are carried out in Turkey, are among the popular scales.

Hakan Sarıçam is an associate professor in the Psychological Counseling and Guidance program at Sivas Cumhuriyet University, as well as the program's director. He holds a Ph.D. in social emotional characteristics of gifted children from Trakya University, a Ph.D. in psychological counseling and guidance with solution-focused brief therapy from Sakarya University, a M.A. in psychological counseling and guidance from Atatürk University, and a B.S. in psychological counseling and guidance from Atatürk University. His current research interests include school psychology and digital addictions.

Assoc. Dr. Derya Evgin completed her doctorate in pediatric nursing. Between February 2010 and August 2019, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University Semra and Vefa Küçük Health School, between September 2019 and February 2022, Akdeniz University Kumluca Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Child Health and Diseases Nursing, and since March 2022, Kayseri University Health Sciences Department. She started to work as a faculty member in the Faculty of Child Development. Her PhD topic is on the Effect of Drama-Based Nursing Intervention on Adolescent Bullying. She teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses on digital risks, child and adolescent health. Her research interests are child and adolescent health issues, bullying, creative drama, digital risks on adolescent health, digital parenting, cyberbullying and children at risk. She discussed the problems experienced by children and their families, revealed the effects of violence against children, determined the aggression status of secondary school students and the computer games they played, examined peer relations in adolescence, examined the factors affecting child neglect and abuse, internet, multi-screen, social media addiction and its consequences in adolescents. She has articles, book chapters and papers published in peer-reviewed journals within the scope of international indexes, where he researches the effect of a positive parenting education program on child maltreatment, and especially studies on peer bullying, child neglect and abuse. In addition, she has articles in high-quality indexed journals about the effect of digital risks on children, the self-efficacy perceptions of educators towards distance education in the distance education process, and the self-directed learning levels of nursing students and their views on distance education.
